For the duration of your listing on this website, you provide AustauschKompass with a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free and unlimited right to use all provided pictures, texts and videos.
As a representative of your listed school you are responsible, that all the information given is true and complete and kept up to date. You are solely responsible for the maintenance of your language school information. AustauschKompass does not verify the accuracy of the data entered.
Links to your language school website are welcome. Please use exclusively the provided input field, when listing your language school.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, without notice or reason given. You acknowledge that AustauschKompass has no obligation to provide this service to you. AustauschKompas reserves the right to change the website over time.
This owner-user relationship is subject to German law exclusively. International law or the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply.
